Discovery call

Here’s where we’ll get to know each other! I’ll learn about your business, current mindset, goals, and challenges, and then share how I help entrepreneurs. This is a great time for us to see if it’s a good fit for both parties.

deep dive
In a 90-minute session, we'll get into the nitty-gritty of your business to determine where the cracks lie in your foundation. We will dive deep into the business, crystallize your personal and professional goals, and have a frank discussion about what needs to change for you to get your business (and happiness levels!) where it needs to be. Together, we'll establish the current roles, tasks, systems, and 2-3 areas of improvement for your business, along with identifying what you love about your business.

After the deep dive session, we'll meet every other week for three months to repair, finesse, and optimize all areas of your business, giving you more freedom to do what fills your cup. In the first three calls, we'll work on the 2-3 areas we identified during your deep dive, and then from there, we'll fine-tune other areas of your business that arise. By the end of the three months, you'll have the tasks, systems, and processes in place that make your business rock solid so you can smile for good.

Now, we grow and scale the business—while helping you transform into the leader you always wished you could be. I'll be there as your mentor on call to help you work through the kinks of streamlining your business.
